Happiness

For me, happiness can be hidden in very little things. Shopping with my mom, giving a high-five to my dad after a good game, talking or going out with the girls, being together with my boyfriend or just laying in my bed after a heavy day can make me very happy.
Having my friends around me is one of the things which gives me a very cheerfull feeling.

My life is like a bottle of champagne, I experience a lot of pressure and I have short moments of joy. I don't have that much time to go out, to go shopping or have some girltalks with my friends in Knokke, so it makes me very excited when I can spend some time with them.
What gives me also a fantastic feeling is when you loose several basketballgames in a row and suddenly you win against the leader in the competititon. I've always believed that if you put in the work, the results will come. Last week we trained very hard and everyone in the audience and our fans could behold our hard defense and perseverance during the game. According to my oppinion, if you do things half heartedly, you will have half-hearted results.

The last thing I would like to say about 'being happy' or 'happiness' is something about my brother. It means a lot to me that I have a good relationship with him. I don't see him that much so when we have a quarrel, I can't  abide it because it ruines the whole atmosphere at home. My brother is always there for me when I need him, for instance after a tough game he will always hug me. Our when I don't want to go to the boarding school he sends me every day a message that I have still x days to go. When I feel down, Kenzo is always there to make me laugh and cheer me up. My brother is simply the best! I couldn't imagine a better one! I'm very lucky to be born in such a lovely family ♥
